are currently hiring for a Clinical Support Practitioner to provide patient support. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to act as patient facing support and visit and care for patients suffering with Sleep Apnoea and other Sleep related conditions within their own home. The CSP will carry out deliveries, installations, removals & servicing of Sleep products for patients, with care and consideration, keeping in mind the patients' needs at all times.
We offer a generous package including; 33 days holiday (including BH), excellent training and development programs, matched contribution pension scheme to capped percentages per position level, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, yearly bonus scheme, as well as a starting salary of 27,375 dependant on experience.
Hours:
40-hour week - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
The successful candidate may need to be flexible to work weekends if required
Full training will be provided for all new starters and an extensive programme put in place.
Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility:
Conducting in home or virtual patient sleep therapy set up (Devices and Masks)
Install Sleep devices for patients and conduct software upgrades where appropriate
Face to face or virtual refresher device training for patients including accurate mask fitting checks
Manage a busy patient case load while providing a high standard of care for all customers.
Build and develop relationships with external customers and clinicians
Prioritise customer needs appropriately and effectively
Accurately document all aspects of work on patient care to ensure effective case management
Manage day to day diary appointments efficiently
Operate internal and external technologies including patient portals for multiple devices
Required Experience:
Relevant experience in a Respiratory Care Environment ideal
Clinical Qualification or experience is a must
Will require an Enhanced DBS
Clean Valid Driving Licence

Ability to set up, train and monitor patients on Sleep devices
Ability to trouble shoot and maintain equipment in a homecare environment
