We have the exciting opportunity for a number of skilled, motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of band 3 Clinical Support Worker in the Radiology Department across Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust sites. We are seeking a number of talented Clinical Support Workers, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should have developed skills in IT and the ability to use Microsoft packages to provide a comprehensive administrative and clinical support to the departments and multidisciplinary team. You will have responsibility for ensuring the safety and well being of service users, and always working in a manner that promotes dignity and person centred care principles which embody the Trust values and behaviours.

Successful applicants will work closely with Radiographers, an established team of Clinical Support Workers, Nurses and Radiologists and directly contribute to the care of the patients.

Organisation of the department daily, chaperoning patients and assisting clinicians during procedures will be an essential part of your role.

To carry out assigned tasks as part of clinical team in support of radiographers, doctors and registered nurses and to undertake some aspects of care provision without direct supervision.



To organise your daily workload and to liaise with service users. Ensuring the safety and well being of services users, and always working in a manner that promotes dignity and human rights through the adoption of person centred care principles.
