Ward 12 at King's Mill Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our busy Surgical Ward.



Our ward consists of 24 beds, including 3 bays and 12 en-suite rooms, providing an excellent environment for both patients and staff. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will work alongside our highly skilled Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver patient-centred care in a fast-paced, supportive setting.



You will play a vital role in supporting patients and the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and support direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.



Provide personalised care for patients, reporting to the Nurse in Charge.



Assist with monitoring and restocking supplies, promoting efficient resource use.



Carry out delegated clerical tasks as directed.



Report incidents, accidents, and relevant information promptly.



After training, perform observations (respirations, BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation) and record results accurately on NerveCentre or other systems.



Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Information Governance principles.
