Clinical Support Workers

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of those you support, but will typically include:

Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, and medication Assisting with household tasks, food preparation, and shopping Promoting independence through companionship Involved in activities, swimming, cinema, online shopping, booking spa days Recording care notes and assisting with healthcare plans

Shift Patterns:

Long Days: 7:30am - 9:00pm Earlies: 7:30am - 2:15pm Lates: 2:15pm - 9:00pm Nights: 8.45pm-7.30am Mid Shifts: 6:30am - 8:00pm (Rotas provided in advance for a great work-life balance!)

What We're Looking For

You don't just tick boxes -- you think outside of them. We're looking for people who are:

Caring, reliable, and motivated Strong communicators with great interpersonal skills Able to bring fun, energy, and compassion to every shift Team players who can also work independently Able to support those with complex needs such as:
o Behaviours of distress

o Mental Health conditions

o Learning Disabilities & Dyspraxia

o Personal Care & Medication

o Moving & Handling

Experience required:

Minimum 1 year in a similar setting preferred

Training:

NAPPI training is ideal - but don't worry, full training will be provided!

Driving licence:

Desirable, but not essential
