Job Description

Working in a small friendly Team that provides training to a diverse range of Clinical, Admin and Managerial staff from a spectrum of over 88 clinical services across the Berkshire area (from Newbury to Slough). The primary patient system is Rio and the team also train a range of other systems and technologies.



The post holder will support the Berkshire Healthcare Digital Transformation Programme, working as part of a team of Clinical Systems Trainers . R esponsible for design and delivery of highly engaging training services to improve the usage of the systems and technologies across the Trust and our partner organisations.



You will design, develop, and update training materials as well as delivering training to a range of clinical and admin staff from a spectrum of around 100 services across the Berkshire area (from Newbury to Slough). This includes new and existing staff to support implementation of developments and cutting-edge technologies, working with the Transformation service to manage and roll out the training delivery of clinical systems in the organisation.



Willing to undertake relevant training, you'll have excellent presentation and communication skills and experience helping others learn and develop their skills



Developing expertise on the systems, people who use them and their processes.



D eliver various formats of training, face to face, group and one to one training sessions, presentations, drop-in training, and virtual training sessions via Teams with an interactive and engaging approach. Flexibly adapt ing style s to support a variety of learning styles and personality types .



Create training session design, guides and other learning materials and working with other IM&T workstreams and be willing to learn new learning platforms.



Supporting staff in their work environment with new technologies



Act as an expert first point of contact via a post training teams forum providing support to trained delegates, responding to queries raised and sign posting to other support services within the organisation as appropriate .
