We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Team Leader to join our Primary Health Care team across APMS and CHPL for the next 12 months.



This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive care to our diverse patient population.



Your key responsibilities will be to lead and manage a multidisciplinary primary care team with a commitment to high standards of professional conduct and patient care and to act as a clinical expert, providing support and guidance to colleagues and students.
