An excellent opportunity has arisen for band 7 physiotherapist to join the Community MSK Assessment & Physiotherapy Service (CMAPS). The service includes MSK rehabilitation, First Contact Physiotherapy, Advanced Physiotherapy & administration team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Band 7 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist / Clinical Team Leader to join our physiotherapy service. The post will enable you to assess patients within a health centre setting . To perform unsupervised, comprehensive assessment of patients, using a high level of clinical knowledge and experience. utilising your clinical reasoning to manage a varied caseload with support from peers, APP's and Clinical Lead. There are excellent CPD opportunities in a friendly and supportive environment that includes a weekly clinical support group, clinical supervision and IS T. Successful applicants will have substantial post graduate experience of working in musculoskeletal specialties ; will have experience in leading a team, a positive attitude , excellent mentoring skills with inclusive and compassionate leadership.



Annex 21 will be considered for this post and training provided.

Undertake all MSK aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner acting as a specialist for MSK and seeking support when appropriate for non MSK conditions or concerns.



To support the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners and Therapy Leads in taking a lead role within area of specialism, providing advanced therapy assessment and treatment of patients with diverse

presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions. To be a source of expertise, to identify, analyse, evaluate and problem solve to enable the development and delivery of individualized intervention and treatment programmes.
