Clinical Trainer - Adults & Paediatrics

Premium Care Solutions Limited, a CQC-registered specialist complex care provider based in Kettering, Northamptonshire, is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Trainer to join our growing team.

We provide person-centred, high-quality care to clients of all ages with complex needs, enabling them to live independently and maximise their quality of life. Our clients include both adults and children with varied conditions such as spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, motor neurone disease, tracheostomies, and ventilator support.

About the Role



As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a key role in managing and delivering specialist training and competency assessments for our teams supporting clients in their own homes. You will work across both adult and paediatric services, ensuring the highest standards of clinical governance and best practice are embedded throughout our care delivery.

This is a home-based role with national travel required. Flexibility is essential as some early starts, overnight stays, and occasional weekend work may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities



Delivering high-quality clinical training and competency assessments in both adult and paediatric complex care Providing leadership on clinical governance, training, and compliance with CQC standards Supporting and mentoring staff to develop their clinical skills and confidence Collaborating with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to enhance care quality Participating in the clinical on-call rota for advice, sickness cover, and rota management Ensuring safe working practices and client confidentiality at all times Keeping accurate records and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of client care plans

About You



Registered Nurse (essential) Proven experience in delivering clinical training, including paediatric and adult complex care Competent in tracheostomy and ventilator care Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and governance standards Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills Self-motivated, resilient, and flexible with a positive "can-do" approach Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
