XingImaging, a leader in advanced research imaging and radiopharmaceutical services, is seeking a Clinical Trials Data Manager. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team focused on quality and precision-driven scientific services across our neuroscience and oncology programs.
This role will play a key part in ensuring quality, accuracy and integrity of imaging outcomes across clinical trials. In this role, the Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing critical data processes for the delivery of imaging endpoints in clinical trials. The Data Manager will work in close collaboration with imaging operations, project management and image analysis, to ensure timely, accurate and regulatory-complaint data delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Support data cleaning, review and reconciliation processes for imaging data.
Develop and maintain robust data management systems for imaging and clinical research data.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all stages of research projects.
Manage data transfer processes, including importing/exporting imaging data (e.g., DICOM) and associated metadata
Develop and maintain automated quality control procedures and data validation rules.
Collaborate with image scientists to optimize data flow.
Support study start-up, including development of Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs).
Document data management procedures and maintain up-to-date data dictionaries and SOPs.
Ensure data delivery complies with regulatory and sponsor requirements and is audit ready.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in science/engineering (at minimum)
3+ years of experience in clinical data management, preferably in a clinical research organization or imaging-focused environment.
Strong working knowledge of clinical trial workflows.
Familiarity with industry standards for clinical data management.
Experience with scripting or programming languages for data review and management is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) is preferred
Experience with medical imaging data and image analysis an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary team settings.
Proven problem-solving, critical decision makings and professional judgement.
Embodies ethics and integrity in all work, respecting both company and broader community policies in all conduct.
Strong commitment to the team; maintains positive working relationships with diverse people, including internal team and external partners.
