Sturdee Community Hospital is a 31- bedded dedicated service in Leicester, specialising in women aged 18 - 65 who have complex health needs.
We are seeking a
Clinical Ward manager
to join the team!What You'll be Doing
Manage and coordinate the clinical activities of the ward. Monitor and evaluate clinical performance and outcomes. Implement and maintain clinical policies and procedures. Manage budgets and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
What You'll Need
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration. Proven experience in a clinical management role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
