Waterloo Manor Hospital is the largest female personality disorder service in the United Kingdom with 56 bedrooms, providing specialized assessment and treatment for women with complex mental health needs.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Clinical/Forensic Psychologist

to join our team!

What You'll be Doing

Provide evidence-based psychological therapies to patients with complex mental health needs. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans. Offer consultation and training to staff on psychological aspects of care. Offer support and education to patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatments. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards. Participate in staff training and development programs.

What You'll Need

Doctorate in Clinical or Forensic Psychology . Registration with the HCPC. MRCPsych or MRCPsych equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists. Proven experience in a clinical or forensic setting, preferably with personality disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Pay: 52,000.00 per year
