An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Theatre Manager to lead day surgery and theatre services within a small private day hospital. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced theatre practitioner with a passion for providing excellent standards of patient care. You will lead and support the clinical team at Sur Wellness in Glasgow, encompassing a number of different specialties. You should possess the ability to prioritise fluctuating workloads, work across professional boundaries and be flexible in an extremely busy environment.

You must have excellent communication skills, with current management experience within theatres and to be able to demonstrate leadership qualities around change management.

The role will support the service manager in providing operational leadership for the day-to-day management as well as future developments within the theatre department.

The Theatre Manager will actively review and develop programmes of care ensuring that high quality, safe, and cost-effective patient centered care is provided for our patients. You will take responsibility for clinical governance and working with the multidisciplinary team, ensure compliance with national standards as well as lead quality improvements initiatives, which includes financial, budget and resource management.

You will be NMC or HCPC registered and will be able to demonstrate substantial experience in the Perioperative setting in a senior lead practitioner position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 55,000.00 per year
