Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage and supervise team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth. Develop and implement effective salles and marketing strategies to enhance visibility and sales performance. Monitor sales targets and provide guidance to the team to achieve objectives. Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Maintain high standards of organisational practices within the workplace, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Handle customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Collaborate with upper management to strategise on improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
