Job Summary:



We are seeking highly skilled, experienced, and professional Close Protection Officers (CPOs) to provide discreet and effective personal security to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the principal(s) by mitigating potential threats, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and implementing robust security protocols in a variety of environments, both domestically and internationally. This role demands exceptional situational awareness, a proactive approach, and the ability to operate calmly and effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:



Principal Protection:

Provide continuous, close-proximity protection to the assigned principal(s) in various settings, including residences, workplaces, public events, and during travel.

Threat Assessment & Mitigation:

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential security threats (e.g., surveillance, harassment, assault, kidnapping) through meticulous planning and execution.

Route & Venue Reconnaissance:

Conduct thorough advance reconnaissance of routes, venues, and potential safe havens to identify and eliminate security vulnerabilities.

Emergency Response:

Develop and implement immediate response plans for emergency situations, including medical emergencies, hostile encounters, and evacuations.

Surveillance Detection:

Employ techniques to detect and counter surveillance attempts on the principal(s).

Qualifications & Experience:



Valid (SIA) and Close Protection Licence is mandatory.

Proven Experience:

Minimum of 3 Years verifiable experience as a Close Protection Officer, preferably within a high-net-worth, corporate, or executive protection environment. Experience with military or law enforcement protective services is highly valued.
