Are you passionate about technology and eager to build a career in cloud computing and IT infrastructure? We're looking for two enthusiastic apprentices to join our growing IT team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications, and a pathway into a high-demand tech career.

Responsibilities:



As an Infrastructure & Cloud Apprentice, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our IT systems while learning how to manage cloud platforms and infrastructure services. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and gain exposure to:

Supporting users with hardware, software, and network issues

Assist in the configuration and management of cloud services, such as Microsoft 365

Helping with installation of servers, virtual machines, and network devices

Documenting technical processes and solutions

Participating in real-world projects and structured training

What We're Looking For



We don't expect you to know everything -- that's what the apprenticeship is for! But we'd love to see:

A genuine interest in IT, cloud computing, or network infrastructure

Basic knowledge of computers, networks, or operating systems

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Good communication and teamwork skills

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

What You'll Get



The Level 3 Information Communication Technician Apprenticeship will typically take 21 months to complete.

Receive hands on mentorship from experienced IT professionals and work closely alongside a Senior Engineer to develop your technical skills and industry knowledge

Real-world experience in a supportive environment

Opportunities to progress into permanent roles after completion

Minimum Requirements:



Must have a UK Driving License

If under 21 must have access to own vehicle and have Business Insurance
