As a Platform Engineer, you'll work at the heart of our technology ecosystem -- enabling development teams to move faster, build securely, and deliver with confidence. You'll collaborate closely with engineers across the organization, improve platform tooling, and drive best practices in cloud-native infrastructure.


What You'll Be Doing:




Partner with software engineering teams to support onboarding, integration, and troubleshooting of shared platform tools and services Continuously enhance the developer experience through improved tooling, clear documentation, and proactive enablement Provide hands-on support across teams, resolving platform-related issues and guiding engineers in the effective use of cloud-native systems Maintain and evolve our platform infrastructure, including patching, upgrades, and operational support Design, build, and maintain reusable infrastructure components across AWS and Kubernetes environments Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Crossplane Implement security and compliance controls across infrastructure, ensuring governance and best practices are in place Develop and refine observability frameworks using tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog, and OpenTelemetry retail platforms.





Key requirements:



Proficiency in

GoLang

, with practical experience in building production-grade automation or tooling Deep hands-on experience with

Kubernetes (EKS)

, including real-world operations and workload management Strong understanding of

AWS services

-- including EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, and CloudWatch Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes applications using

Helm

Proficient with

Terraform

and/or

Crossplane

for Infrastructure as Code Familiarity with observability tools such as

Datadog

,

Grafana

,

CloudWatch

, or

OpenTelemetry

Strong understanding of

security governance

, including IAM policies, Kubernetes RBAC, and least privilege access controls Experience working on a dedicated platform team, supporting developer onboarding, enablement, and issue resolution

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)




Experience with

ArgoCD

or

Ansible

Knowledge of

service mesh

technologies like Istio or Linkerd Exposure to

multi-cloud

or

hybrid-cloud

environments
