Job Description

The Cloud Architect role is designed to add additional value to customers as part of the Cloud Center of Excellence. It is a value-add service designed to assist customers with becoming more cloud native and transforming their environments using cloud native technologies and tooling.

What you'll be doing...

Architect solutions for customers using Azure and/or AWS technology stacks Review customer architecture Advise customers on new technologies within the Azure and/or AWS stacks Manage and Create Backlog Items and Tasks as part of the customer backlog Provide architectural and solution support to engineers configuring the solutions the CSA has designed Provide architectural advice and customer facing support

What we'll need from you...

Excellent knowledge of Azure environments and managing customer backlog through Azure DevOps Very good knowledge of cloud migration and transformation strategies Good knowledge of Microsoft's Cloud Adoption and Well Architected Frameworks Excellent customer service skills and ability to collaborate with customers Strong commercial awareness of recent technology industry shifts and directions of travel Very good skills and exposure to utilising cloud native platform as a service (PaaS) offerings such as Azure App Service and Azure Kubernetes Service
