Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Cloud Transformation Architect / .NET Technical Lead

to lead the modernization and migration of enterprise applications to cloud environments. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across major cloud platforms while driving application modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

Key Responsibilities Cloud Transformation & Modernization



Design, develop, and implement modernized applications within cloud environments such as

AWS

,

Azure

,

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

, or

Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)

. Lead the

migration and re-platforming

of legacy or monolithic applications to

microservices-based architectures

. Define and implement

cloud-native designs

, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization. Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to define

modernization roadmaps

and

deployment strategies

. Provide technical direction during

cloud transformation engagements

, including assessment, planning, migration, and validation.

Application Development & Technical Leadership



Lead the design and development of

.NET-based applications

, ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices and coding standards. Utilize

.NET Core, Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework (Core)

, and related technologies for backend service development. Build and optimize

RESTful APIs

and integrate them with frontend and backend systems. Guide teams in

microservices architecture

,

service-oriented application design

, and

API-based integration

. Participate in

code reviews

technical design sessions

, and

architecture discussions

to ensure solution quality.

DevOps, Integration & Cloud Services



Implement and manage

CI/CD pipelines

using tools such as

Azure DevOps

CARA

. Leverage

Azure services

such as

Azure SQL

Azure Blob

,

Azure Service Bus

Azure Files

Azure Batch

to support application functionality. Integrate with

messaging systems

application integration patterns

. Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using

container orchestration platforms

like

Kubernetes

or

OpenShift

. Ensure compliance with

security

data privacy

, and

governance standards

throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience



Minimum

8+ years of hands-on experience

in

.NET application development

, including design and architecture. Strong expertise in:

.NET Core

Web API

Entity Framework

ASP.NET MVC

Web Services

Cloud platforms

: AWS, Azure, GCP, or PCF.

Microservices architecture
