We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Early Years professional to lead a new after-school club for 3-4 year olds at a primary school in Highbury (N5). This is a great opportunity to build a small, supportive, high-quality provision from the start -- with full training and support provided.
About the Role
Run daily sessions from
3:00-6:15 PM
, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for nursery-aged children
Act as the
named person for Ofsted
and manage all aspects of compliance with EYFS
Build strong relationships with parents, children, and school staff
Maintain a safe, fun, and nurturing environment
Pay & Contract
20-25 per hour
, depending on experience
Part-time (16.25hours/week)
Permanent contract
(minimum 1 academic year, with strong potential to continue)
Requirements
Level 3 qualification
in Early Years or Childcare (must be full and relevant)
2+ years' experience
in a registered setting with 3-5-year-olds
Confident to act as the
Ofsted-registered manager
DBS check (can be arranged and paid for if needed)
