The Private Members

Club Manager

is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, member experience, and financial performance of The Club. This role ensures the highest levels of hospitality, service, and exclusivity for members, maintaining a sophisticated and welcoming environment. The manager will lead the club's team, manage events, and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:



Club Operations & Management



Oversee the daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Develop and enforce club policies, rules, and regulations. Maintain the club's facilities to a high standard, coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Member Relations & Experience



Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a personalized and premium experience. Address and resolve member inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner. Organize and oversee exclusive events, dining experiences, and social activities to engage members. Monitor membership satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.

Staff Leadership & Team Management



Recruit, train, and manage club staff, including reception, food & beverage, concierge, and housekeeping teams. Set performance goals and conduct regular staff evaluations. Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all areas.

Financial & Budget Management



Develop and oversee the club's budget, ensuring profitability and cost control. Manage revenue streams, including membership fees, events, and food & beverage sales. Work with finance teams to track financial performance and implement cost-saving strategies. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

Marketing & Membership Growth



Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain high-value members. Enhance the club's brand and reputation through strategic partnerships and events. Oversee digital and print marketing efforts, including newsletters, social media, and promotional campaigns. Organize exclusive events to showcase the club to potential members.
