Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Manage staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Carving and flambee knowledge essential
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in accordance with food safety guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales figures, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and encourages staff development.
Requirements
Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of silver service.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous but not essential.
In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business.
