Barback

Key Responsibilities

Stock and replenish bar supplies, including alcohol, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and bar equipment. Organise and rotate stock to minimize waste and breakage. Collect empty glasses, bottles, and trash from bar and washing glassware. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Support bartenders and management with any additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Previous barback, bar, or hospitality experience preferred but not required (training provided). Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Bartender

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with recipes and venue standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools, glassware, and surfaces. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, balancing register and tips at the end of shift. Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service. Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, security, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Proven bartending experience in a nightclub, bar, or high-volume hospitality environment preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality. Flexibility to work late nights / weekends and key events such as: New Years, Halloween, Pride and bank holidays.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
