Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Clubhouse and Events Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in hospitality, with a focus on guest services and operational excellence. As the Clubhouse Supervisor, you will be working closely with the clubhouse manager overseeing daily operations, Weddings and Parties ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and communicate clearly will be essential in this role.

Duties

Supervise daily operations within the establishment, ensuring all areas are running smoothly and efficiently. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Implement upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue. Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the premises. Assist in training new staff members, sharing best practices in hospitality and customer care. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes. Responsible for conducting initial client consultations, hosting venue tours and execution of events

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hotel industry is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in guest services, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with guests and team members alike. Social media, marketing and design would be an advantage but not essential.
