We are seeking a strategic
Cluster Financial Controller
to lead the financial performance and compliance of multiple hotel properties within the group.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations for a cluster of hotels
Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and brand reporting standards
Produce consolidated financial reports and forecasts
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Supervise finance teams across the cluster and promote best practices
Monitor cash flow, P&L performance, and cost controls
Liaise with auditors and manage external/internal audit processes
Support GMs and senior management with commercial decision-making
Implement process improvements to increase financial efficiency
