Bloomsbury Park is a 95 bedroom hotel located in a great position on Southampton Row, between Covent Garden, Russell Square and Holborn, it's a bit of a hidden gem. The small team at this hotel work very closely to ensure that they become famous for great service and a warm welcome in the heart of London.


What you'll be doing

As Cluster General Manager, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of running the hotels, both operationally and commercially. You will be a visible and relatable presence to guests and team members alike, leading by example to drive a culture of exceptional service. In this adaptable role, you will actively promote the hotels by building relationships with potential and current business sources, collaborating closely with the company's sales, marketing and revenue teams to optimize profit while delivering extraordinary hospitality.
