COMO Metropolitan London is an inner city property stripping back to the non-essential elements of a traditional hotel. The result is an urban retreat that is cool, accessible and sophisticated. COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.



This is a multi-site position based at COMO Metropolitan London. You will additionally support the IT infrastructure for our restaurant partner, NOBU London and COMO The Halkin

As Cluster IT Manager, you will oversee all aspects of IT operations across our two hotels, ensuring our systems run seamlessly and securely. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight; managing projects, guiding teams, and driving continuous improvement in technology, security, and user experience.

What you will do



Oversee and manage IT operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency, security, and reliability of all systems Lead, motivate, and develop the IT team, act as the key liaison between senior management, department heads, and external vendors Plan, implement, and maintain all IT infrastructure, including network systems, hardware, software, and data security protocols Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards across all properties Manage multi-site IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards Ensure compliance with all data protection, security, and backup requirements

Who you are:



An experienced IT leader with a proven track record of managing technology operations across multiple sites or business units Strong communicator who can translate complex technical information into clear, practical guidance Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and project management skills Calm, solution-focused, and capable of handling fast-paced hospitality environments Skilled at building collaborative relationships with both technical and non-technical teams Passionate about delivering secure, efficient, and user-friendly IT systems that enhance the guest and employee experience Ideally experienced in hospitality IT environments, with knowledge of PMS, POS, and network systems commonly used in hotels
