We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multiple retail locations within our organisation. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of store managers across various locations, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure product displays are attractive and in line with brand standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance team performance. Manage administrative tasks related to inventory control, staffing, and scheduling to optimise operational efficiency. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional development. Maintain open lines of communication with team members, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting best practices in retail management.

Requirements

Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within the retail sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on effective phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse customer bases. Demonstrated experience in sales management, merchandising, and time management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Administrative experience is preferred, particularly in retail environments. Pay: 30,904.37-57,457.83 per year
