As we continue to grow, we are looking for a
Cluster Manager
to oversee daily operations across all three sites, driving performance, consistency, and profitability while maintaining our high standards of hospitality.
About the Role
The
Cluster Manager
will be responsible for the leadership, commercial performance, and operational excellence of the three hotels.
Working closely with each General Manager and department head, you will ensure that all properties operate efficiently, achieve budgeted targets, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in line with brand and service standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic oversight, financial acumen, and a passion for people and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support management teams at Fishmore Hall, Saram Lodge Telford, and Saram Lodge Lichfield
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all departments including rooms, F&B, and spa
Drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability across all properties
Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets effectively
Lead recruitment, training, and development to build strong, motivated teams
Ensure brand consistency and exceptional guest satisfaction at every site
Implement operational standards, SOPs, and health & safety compliance
Identify opportunities for cross-property promotions and service enhancements
Liaise with the Group Director and ownership team on strategy, forecasting, and development projects
Support marketing and sales initiatives to grow brand awareness and local engagement
About You
Proven experience as a
Cluster Manager, Multi-site General Manager, or Area Manager
within hotels or hospitality
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost control
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Experience in both
hotel operations and F&B management

A proactive leader who thrives in an independent, entrepreneurial environment
Flexibility to travel regularly between Ludlow, Telford, and Lichfield
