The Cluster Swim School Manager oversees the daily operations and strategic development of multiple swim school locations within the cluster. This leadership role involves managing staff, ensuring high-quality instructional standards, and fostering a safe and engaging environment for students. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in education administration, experience working with students, and a passion for promoting aquatic safety and learning.
Duties
Lead and supervise swim instructors and administrative staff across multiple locations to ensure consistent delivery of quality swim lessons.
Develop and implement curriculum standards aligned with safety protocols and educational best practices.
Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, and student progress tracking to maximize operational efficiency.
Conduct staff training sessions, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and community partners to promote the swim school's mission.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and ensure all facilities meet health and safety standards.
Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and maintaining records related to student enrollment and staff performance.
Collaborate with higher education institutions or community organizations to enhance program offerings and outreach efforts.
Requirement:
Proven experience working with students, preferably in a teaching or instructional capacity.
Level 2 Teaching Qualification or higher.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of instructors and staff.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in program planning and execution.
Effective communication skills for engaging with students, parents, staff, and external partners.
Passion for aquatic safety education and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
