Level 4 Children and Young People Practitioner (England), SCQF Level 7 / HNC (Scotland), or Level 3 Residential Childcare Willingness to achieve Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (England) or SCQF Level 10 in Care Services Leadership (Scotland)

Experience in Years Required:



Minimum of

You'll be joining a

well-established, large-scale residential child care provider

56 homes across the UK

, including

Cumbria, Lancashire, Scotland, Yorkshire, and St Helens

. The organisation has

nearly 22 years

of experience supporting young people and continues to

expand through acquisitions and innovation

. With two schools and a dedicated in-house clinical team, they are leaders in therapeutic residential care.
