What you're applying for
We're looking for a highly motivated, compassionate leader who's eager to bring our Claims Experience Team to the next level. If this sounds like you, read on!
Your day-to-day will involve overseeing our experienced CLX advocates as they manage claims. You will ensure all claims are handled efficiently, while always providing a world-class customer experience. We will look to you to guide, mentor, and manage this incredible team.
What you'll do

Manage the day-to-day operations for our UK claims team.
Providing training and coaching to the people in your team
You are responsible for delighting our customers while outperforming on our KPIs.
You will report about trends and other (data) insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be the main point of contact for all UK claims related enquiries.
What you'll need
--------------------
Minimum of 3+ years of claims-handling experience
2+ years in a leadership role managing a claims team
A proven track record of growing, managing, and coaching a team
Proficient in English
Desire to work in a unique, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment and being tech savvy.
The ability to approach your work with empathy, patience, and positivity
Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI - a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
