BSB are a locally based, expanding company with a worldwide reach as we are part of the Maico Group who have sites across Europe, the middle East and United States.

Established in 1980, we specialise in manufacturing fire, smoke and air volume control damper products for the Construction and Marine industry.

Job outline

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of RADAN or similar software Previous sheet metalworking / CNC experience essential Knowledge of TRUMPF punching machine or equivalent an advantage Ability to read technical drawings an advantage Nesting expertise an advantage Assist with housekeeping as needed Be flexible in performing different duties around the department Adhere to Health & Safety and Company rules Assist others in department or other areas of production if necessary Any other general factory tasks

Person spec

Physically fit, able to work with a large number of heavy items

Team player but able to work on own initiative

Calm in manner, with ability to demonstrate good level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise changing workloads

Can-do flexible attitude to meet increased volumes and peak seasons

Educated or experienced in Manufacturing / Despatch / Warehouse to at least level 1 standard
