Hescott Engineering, part of the AIM Group, is currently seeking an experienced

CNC Operator

to join our growing team at our Falkirk facility. If you're skilled in operating CNC machinery and looking to work with a dynamic company that values precision, reliability, and teamwork -- we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating and setting

Vourtman CNC machinery

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work orders Performing routine maintenance and machine checks Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards Collaborating with the production team for smooth workflow
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a CNC Operator (Vourtman experience a plus) Ability to read technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality A proactive and team-oriented mindset Flexible and willing to work overtime as needed
