Job Description

We are actively seeking skilled and experienced CNC Millers and Turners to join our expanding team, supported by ongoing investments. Immediate vacancies are available for qualified individuals to operate high-precision CNC machinery, producing components that meet stringent tolerances.

The ideal candidates will possess expertise in 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machining or turning, along with programming skills to enhance machine efficiency and performance. Responsibilities include developing, manufacturing, and customizing CNC programs; interpreting technical drawings and models; designing or sourcing jigs, fixtures, and specialized tooling; supporting operators and team members throughout the machining process; and recommending drawing modifications to improve manufacturability.

Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in similar roles within sectors such as Nuclear, Defence, Petrochemical, Aerospace, or Automotive Proficiency in 3, 4, and 5-axis milling and turning operations Familiarity with controls like Hurco, Dugard, Daewoo, and Hass (preferred) Ability to verify and test programs prior to production Positive, adaptable, and proactive approach Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
