40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday (07:30 - 16:30), Friday (7:30 - 13:30)

Up to 55k. Dependent on experience

About the role:

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our machined products, working on advanced CNC machining processes and supporting new product introductions.



What you'll be doing:

+ CNC program creation (offline and online) + Manufacturing process planning and data control
+ Cutting tool selection and procurement
+ Setting and operating CNC machines for prove-out and production
+ Assisting with fixture design
+ Customer liaison on design for manufacture and technical issues
+ Identifying opportunities for process optimisation without compromising quality or tolerances

Who we're looking for:

+ Experience in CNC setting, programming, and operating 3-5 axis horizontal and vertical machines + Knowledge of Haas, Mazak, or Matsura machining centres
+ Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (hyperMill, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Powermill, Mastercam)
+ Understanding of technical drawings, geometric tolerances, and CMM inspection methods
+ Ability to travel to site
