Job Summary



We are seeking motivated and reliable

CNC Machine Operators

to join our precision engineering team. The successful candidates will be responsible for producing high-quality component parts in accordance with technical specifications and company standards. This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring compliance with AS9100 quality requirements, and contributing to Moyola's culture of continuous improvement. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in advanced manufacturing.

Duties



Produce

precision-engineered component parts

efficiently and accurately to customer and company specifications. Perform

maintenance and repair work

on machinery, fixtures, plant, and equipment as required. Work collaboratively with your line manager to deliver

zero-defect quality

to customers. Uphold and demonstrate the company's

values, standards, and professionalism

in all tasks. Continue to

develop technical competencies

and operate a range of production machinery and facilities. Ensure all work is completed in full compliance with

ISO and AS9100 quality standards

. Participate actively in

training and development

programs both on and off site. Support and engage in

continuous improvement initiatives

, including

Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)

and

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

activities. Work creatively and collaboratively with team members to meet both

customer and company objectives

. Maintain machinery and equipment to company standards, ensuring operational reliability. Be flexible and prepared to

work rotational shifts, overtime, or alternative hours

as required. Comply with all company

policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations

. Travel to customer premises when required to support business needs. Embrace personal and professional

development opportunities

in line with company progression plans.

Skills



Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow instructions, technical drawings, and work procedures accurately. Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious approach to all tasks. Good problem-solving and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and continuously improve. Basic computer literacy for production tracking and reporting.

Shift Patterns and Bonus:



Days (8am - 4pm):

15% bonus

Evenings (4pm - 12am):

20% bonus

Nights (12am - 8am):

33% bonus
