Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller or Turner proficient in Mazatrol or Fanuc control systems. Prior programming expertise with these controllers is required.

Shift Details: Opportunities are available for day, night, or rotating shifts. Night shift personnel will receive a shift allowance at 1.33 times their regular pay rate.

Essential Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude with proven CNC machining experience Skilled in using hand tools and programming with Mazatrol or Fanuc controls Knowledge of grinding, milling, and welding techniques Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks Basic mathematical skills for precise measurement and calculations Familiarity with tooling, assembly processes, and plastics injection molding Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently
Primary Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery to manufacture accurate components in accordance with specifications Design and modify parts using SolidWorks and other CAD tools Conduct grinding, milling, and welding to meet quality standards Assemble parts and perform quality inspections Use hand and power tools safely, adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and troubleshoot technical issues
