Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller or Turner familiar with Mazatrol or Fanuc control systems. Candidates should have prior programming expertise with these controllers.

Shift Details: Positions are available for day, night, or rotating shifts. Night shift workers will receive a shift allowance at 1.33 times their regular hourly rate.

Essential Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated CNC machining experience Skilled in using hand tools and programming with Mazatrol or Fanuc controls Knowledge of grinding, milling, and welding techniques Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks Basic mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations Understanding of tooling, assembly processes, and plastics injection molding Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently
Primary Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to manufacture accurate components according to specifications Design and modify parts using SolidWorks and other CAD programs Conduct grinding, milling, and welding to meet quality standards Assemble parts and perform quality inspections Use hand and power tools safely, adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow and troubleshoot technical issues
