Job Opening: CNC Machinist

Join our innovative and dynamic team as an experienced CNC Machinist and become a key contributor. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background along with practical experience in setting up, operating, and programming CNC Mills or Lathes with Fanuc controls. Collaborating closely with engineering and production departments, you will help optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and update CNC programs using SolidWorks or other CAD software. Collaborate with engineers to understand project specifications and technical requirements. Set up and operate CNC machines with FANUC controls, ensuring accurate calibration. Conduct quality inspections on finished parts, applying basic mathematical skills for precise measurements. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues promptly. Maintain tooling and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
Working Hours:

Day Shift: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Thursday; 07:30 - 12:30 on Friday Alternatively, Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:30, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with CNC machinery Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD software Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations Experience with fabrication and milling processes Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Ability to operate hand tools safely and handle materials carefully Experience in assembly and welding is a plus
