Job Opportunity: CNC Machinist

Become a vital part of our forward-thinking and energetic team as an experienced CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will possess a solid mechanical background and hands-on experience in setting up, operating, and programming CNC Mills or Lathes with Fanuc controls. Working closely with engineering and production teams, you will play a key role in refining manufacturing processes and enhancing overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Develop and modify CNC programs utilizing SolidWorks or other CAD software. Collaborate with engineers to interpret project specifications and technical requirements. Set up and operate CNC machines with FANUC controls, ensuring precise calibration. Perform quality inspections on finished components, using basic math skills for accurate measurements. Troubleshoot and resolve machining problems promptly. Maintain tooling and machinery to ensure peak performance and adherence to safety standards.
Working Hours:

Day Shift: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Thursday; 07:30 - 12:30 on Friday Alternatively, Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:30, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with CNC machinery Proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD software Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Experience in fabrication and milling operations Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Ability to operate hand tools safely and handle materials carefully Experience in assembly and welding is advantageous
