Job Description
Turner Aviation is looking for an Operator to join our Manufacturing Department. The successful candidates will be responsible for the manufacture of precision engineered and detailed components to customer specifications. We have recently acquired brand new machinery. Machine is less than 1 year old and highly spec'd.
The position would suit someone competent setting, programming/editing and operating.
Salary would be negotiable dependant on skills and experience. Overtime available. Half day Friday.
Requirements and experience;
5 Years' experience with CNC Machinery (Knowledge of conventional machines would be an advantage)
Milling Experience with Fanuc Controls preferred. Experience working 5 axis or 3+2 advantageous.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work to tight tolerances, achieve required surface finishes and work as part of a team.
Use measuring equipment to check accuracy of work.
Accustomed to working in a fast paced engineering environment
Understand and comply with all Health and Safety requirements
