We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid mechanical background along with hands-on experience in setting up, operating, and programming CNC milling machines with Mazatrol controls. In this position, you will work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with MAZATROL control systems Basic mathematical proficiency for precise measurements and calculations Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Effective communication abilities and a collaborative team attitude

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture accurate components in line with specifications Utilize mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues Conduct measurements and calculations to verify quality and precision Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets Follow safety protocols and keep the workspace organized Use CAD software and SolidWorks to modify and improve designs
