Job Summary
We are looking for a proficient CNC Miller to become part of our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical expertise and practical experience in setting up, operating, and programming CNC Milling machines equipped with Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and production departments to enhance processes and boost overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Work with engineers to understand project specifications and requirements. Prepare and operate CNC machines (Heidenhain or Mazak controls), ensuring proper calibration. Perform quality inspections on finished components, applying basic mathematical skills for accurate measurements. Identify and troubleshoot issues encountered during machining processes. Maintain and service tooling and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience with Heidenhain or Mazatrol/Mazak control systems. Fundamental math skills for measurement and calculations. Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
Work Schedule and Perks

Flexible working hours: 07:30 to 16:30 or 06:00 to 14:00, with early finishes on Fridays. Competitive hourly pay of up to 17. Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate. 30 paid holidays per year. Company pension scheme. Complimentary parking.
