Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our dynamic team. The ideal applicant will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in setting up, operating, and programming CNC Milling machines with Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and production teams to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Primary Duties

Collaborate with engineers to understand project specifications and needs. Set up and operate CNC machines (Heidenhain or Mazak controls), ensuring accurate calibration. Conduct quality checks on finished parts, utilizing basic math skills for precise measurement. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during machining operations. Maintain and service tooling and equipment to ensure smooth performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience with Heidenhain or Mazatrol/Mazak control systems. Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Work Schedule and Benefits

Flexible working hours: 07:30 to 16:30 or 06:00 to 14:00, with early finishes on Fridays. Competitive pay rate up to 17 per hour. Overtime compensation at 1.5 times the standard rate. 30 paid holidays annually. Company pension scheme. Free parking facilities.
