Job Summary
We are looking for a proficient CNC Miller to become a valuable member of our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical expertise and practical experience in setting up, operating, and programming CNC Milling machines equipped with Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls. The successful applicant will collaborate with engineering and production departments to enhance processes and boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Work with engineers to comprehend project specifications and requirements. Prepare and operate CNC machinery (Heidenhain or Mazak controls), ensuring proper calibration and accuracy. Perform quality inspections on finished components, applying basic math skills for precise measurements. Identify and troubleshoot issues during machining to maintain smooth operations. Service and maintain tooling and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Essential Qualifications and Skills

Hands-on experience with Heidenhain or Mazatrol/Mazak control systems. Fundamental math skills for measurement and calculation tasks. Attention to detail paired with strong problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
Working Hours and Benefits

Flexible shifts: 07:30 to 16:30 or 06:00 to 14:00, with early finishes on Fridays. Attractive hourly rate up to 17. Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate. 30 paid holidays per year. Access to a company pension scheme. Free parking on-site.
