CNC Milling Programmer - Thirsk, North Yorkshire

Position Summary:

Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per year (dependent on experience) Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Working Hours: Day shifts
Key Responsibilities:

Program CNC milling machines (primarily HAAS) using HyperMill and Fusion 360 Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machinery efficiently Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models accurately Perform in-process inspections to uphold quality standards Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience programming CNC milling machines, ideally HAAS Proficiency with CAD/CAM software such as HyperMill and/or Fusion 360 Strong understanding of technical drawings and 3D models Solid knowledge of machining processes, tolerances, and best practices High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
