Summary

As a CNC Milling Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your role is vital in ensuring high-quality fabrication through your mechanical knowledge and expertise in CAD and SolidWorks. You will utilize your premium skills in programmable logic controllers and milling techniques, alongside core competencies in tooling and materials handling. Your attention to detail and relevant experience in assembly and welding will contribute significantly to our manufacturing processes and overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Utilize CAD software and SolidWorks for designing and modifying components. Perform fabrication tasks, including welding and assembly, ensuring quality standards are met. Handle materials and tools safely, adhering to all safety protocols. Troubleshoot and maintain programmable logic controllers to optimize machine performance. Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD software Experience with programmable logic controllers and milling operations Familiarity with materials handling and assembly techniques Basic math skills and experience with hand tools Welding skills and knowledge of tooling practices
