Due to continual investment we have a vacancy for an experienced CNC Miller. It is essential that applicants have a solid background in Machining techniques and well-developed skills In the methods of Inspection.

The Role and Responsibilities.

Reporting to Production Manager. Desirable to have some Knowledge of editing CNC programs, not essential asprogramming is done off-line. Ability to set CNC Milling machines with minimum supervision. Actively participate in our Health and Safety culture and adhering to our Health and Safety procedures at all times. Minimum 5 years relevant Fanuc or Mazatrol experience. Ability to work to tight tolerances. Troubleshooting of manufacturing problems associated with CNC Milling. Conversant with cutting tool philosophies and techniques. Has knowledge of processes and tooling for machining of high temperature alloys. Strong understanding of quality based processes and standards. Demonstrate a full commitment to work closely to all relevant staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 17.50-19.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Work Location: In person
