Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Miller and/or Turner with experience in Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Siemens controls. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can serve as a Programmer/Setter; however, applications from candidates with just Setter experience will also be considered. This position is for day shifts only, offering a pay rate of up to 18.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision components. Use SolidWorks and CAD software to design and modify parts as required. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery to maintain optimal operation. Use hand tools and materials handling techniques for assembly and fabrication tasks. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
Requirements:

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of CNC machinery. Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD for design and modeling. Experience in fabrication and milling processes. Familiarity with hand tools and materials handling. Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Previous experience in assembly and welding is advantageous.
