Job Description

Lang & Potter, a dynamic, bespoke manufacturing company, is currently recruiting for a CNC Operative to join our team.

Candidates will be expected to use an AXYZ CNC machine or similar. This will involve loading and unloading various materials onto the machine. The candidate will also be familiar with the functions of the CNC and locating files for cutting. The candidate know basic maintenance, tool changes, depth setting and how to use the LEV dust extraction.

You must be able to adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety and the strict guidelines when using a large machine, the candidate be physically able to lift heavy sheets of materials such as wood and plastic and have a clear understanding of working in a busy production workshop.

Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, good hand to eye coordination, exceptional work ethic and teamwork. An understanding of manufacturing processes would be an advantage.

Hours of work - 12 hours per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
